A scheme for cheap PC's starting at £98 seems like a great idea for getting people online.
Race Online 2012 are running the scheme to provide cheap, refurbished PC's in the UK with the aim to get everyone in the UK online
The pc's will also run Linux, what flavour is not discussed in the article but something with a nice GUI like Ubuntu with open office would be great as a basic interface for people just wanting to browse and create office documents.
